The November/December 2012 issue of FDLP Connection has been released. This month's newsletter is a wrap-up of the Depository Library Council Meeting and Federal Depository Library Conference (Meeting & Conference).

In her column, Superintendent of Documents, Mary Alice Baish recounts some of the special activities of the Meeting & Conference, provides a “next steps” response to the FDLP Forecast submissions, and offers thanks in a holiday message. Meanwhile, your Council colleagues, Shari Laster (University of Akron and DLC Chair) and Peggy Jarrett (University of Washington Gallagher Law Library) write of Council’s Working Groups Meeting & Conference activities.

This FDLP Connection’s features include:

  • Federal agency programs from the Meeting & Conference;
  • FDLP community educational sessions;
  • Preliminary results from the FDLP Forecast Study;
  • Meeting & Conference virtual attendance;
  • Tool for simplifying the N&O process;
  • GODORT of Michigan as a successful library staff collaboration;
  • Library Spotlight;
  • And more!
