The November 2011 issue of FDLP Connection has been released. This issue focuses on the discoverability of Government information.

In this issue, Mary Alice Baish provides her insights as Superintendent of Documents from the daylong visioning session about how we will move forward to define the FDLP for the digital age and the next century. Meanwhile, your colleagues, Carlos Diaz (Central Washington University) and Karen Kitchens (Wyoming State Library) write about their local efforts to enhance discoverability.

Also in this issue we feature:

  • GPO’s implementation of MetaLib federated search service;
  • Office of the Federal Register publishing services;
  • Library school students helping to build the national bibliography;
  • Spotlights on libraries and partners;

and more!
