FR, CFR, & CR - Back in the Box

In response to requests from the Federal depository library community, beginning March 1, 2010, the Code of Federal Regulations, the Congressional Record and the Federal Register will return to regular shipment boxes for distribution. These items will appear on a "P" shipping list that contain congressional items. This change is facilitated by a streamlined workflow that increased production and reduced "exception processing" by GPO staff.
