Printing Error in Released Title

The U.S. Army Chaplin Corps recently released the title, Reliable and Religious: U.S. Army Chaplains and the War of 1812, with a printing error; the chapter numbers in the Table of Contents do not match the page numbers. The agency has been contacted and has decided not to correct the error due to the expense of reprinting. Based on this decision by the agency, the copy with the error is being distributed. Books distributed through the U.S. Government Printing Office Sales Program also contain the same error. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
