Required Item Number Selections 0556-C and 1004-E

All libraries in the FDLP are required to select item numbers 0556-C and 1004-E. Item numbers 0556-C, associated with GPO and other agencies' publications, and 1004-E, associated with Congressional materials, are used by GPO to distribute key materials to all Federal depository libraries.

GPO routinely checks that all libraries are selecting these item numbers, and it was recently noted that some libraries are not selecting them. If you are at one of these libraries, please note that the item numbers have been added back to your item selection profiles. This change will be reflected in the next Item Lister, typically updated weekly on Fridays. You should update any item lists you had previously downloaded or printed to reflect this change.
