GPO is distributing the publication Your guide to the 2020 Census: how to respond to the 2020 Census paper questionnaire. This publication is now also being offered as a Special Selection Offer with 80 copies available.

Please complete this form by Thursday, November 12, 2020 to request the publication. Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

This publication is eight unnumbered leaves of braille. The publication was distributed to all regional depository libraries. Although it has an item number, due to its braille format, it will not be distributed to all libraries selecting that item number.

Libraries can request the publication even if they are not yet open, and the publication will be sent when your library’s shipments resume. To report your library’s operating status to GPO, please use the Federal Depository Library Operating Status form.
