Register to Attend Preliminary Schedule

Join the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) and the Depository Library Council for the largest annual (virtual) gathering of Federal depository librarians and colleagues in the country. Three days of knowledge, information-sharing, and enrichment await you.

During this free, virtual event:

  • Participate in collaborative, informative, and interactive sessions presented by the DLC, GPO, and depository library staff during the main conference programming (September 22 – 23).
  • Network with GPO staff and fellow depository librarians from across the Nation.
  • Participate in the FDLP Preconference (September 16) and hear updates on GPO projects and initiatives.
  • Explore poster and exhibitor galleries.

Submit an educational program proposal 

Share your specialized expertise with event attendees by presenting an educational program. Presentations can cover introductory to advanced information on topics related to U.S. Government information resources and librarianship.

The deadline for program proposals is Friday, July 31, 2026.

Present a Poster in Our Poster Gallery

Submit a poster proposal

Showcase your FDLP activities, services, or resources by displaying a virtual poster in our poster gallery. Presenters will create a PDF or image file (.png preferred) and submit a short paragraph description of the poster for attendees to browse.

The deadline for poster proposals is Friday, August 21, 2026.

Exhibit Your Products & Services in Our Exhibitor Gallery

Submit an exhibitor proposal

Demonstrate, display, and promote products, resources, tools, and services to conference attendees in our exhibitor gallery. Exhibitors will submit PDF or image files (.png preferred), a paragraph description of the products or services for attendees to browse, and contact information for the organization.

The deadline for exhibitor proposals is Friday, August 21, 2026.
