Use askGPO to:
- Submit a question to GPO staff.
- Check the status of a question.
- Review GPO responses to your past questions.
- Update information in the Federal Depository Library Directory.
- Submit a claim.
- Submit information through askGPO webforms (for example, training requests or anniversary award requests).
Some activities in askGPO require the user to be logged in or for an individual to be the designated depository coordinator.
Accounts
If you do not have an askGPO account and need one, without logging in, you can send a request through askGPO’s Submit an Inquiry using the “Other depository library question or issue” category.
If you are the coordinator at a depository library and want to request an askGPO account on behalf of another person working at your library, log in to askGPO and use the Request Login link from the top menu.
