Volunteer to be a Print Selector

Print Selectors select and retain the print format of a title for a specified period of time, after which they have the option to discard.  Both selectives and regionals can be Print Selectors. When GPO has secured a minimum of four geographically-dispersed Print Selectors, regionals will be authorized to deselect the print format in accordance with SOD-PPS-202X-X Superintendent of Documents Draft Public Policy Statement: Regional Depository Libraries Online Selections.

If your library is committed to selecting any of these titles in print format, please consider volunteering to be a Print Selector.

Instructions

  1. Download and complete the Print Selector Agreement for each title your library volunteers to select in print format and retain for the minimum retention period.
  2. Submit the Print Selector Agreement via an askGPO
    • Category: Other depository library question or issue
    • Upload signed agreement
  3. GPO will add the Print Selector Agreement to your library’s official file.
