FDLP Legislative Proposals: Feedback Deadline Extended

The U.S. Government Publishing Office is continuing its effort to update the statutory authority governing the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP). In July 2020, Director Halpern submitted proposals for legislative change, which provide much needed flexibility and allow for more modern operations, to both the Senate Rules and Administration Committee and the Committee on House Administration.

Your thoughts and opinions of the proposed revisions are very important to GPO. The Superintendent of Documents strongly encourages you to provide feedback on the legislative proposals through March 21, 2021.
