This spreadsheet contains the results of the questionnaire depository library coordinators were asked to complete to determine and weight the criteria for their National Collection Service Area to be applied in the decision for allocating copies of the unlimited titles on the Print Distribution Titles List. The questionnaire was open from 20 - 30 November.
