Unique Challenges, Underserved Populations, and Federal Depository Libraries Subcommittee Charter

This Charter, effective July 14, 2023, establishes the purpose, composition of the membership, and responsibilities, and the governance protocols of the UCUP Subcommittee. The Charter is needed because GPO Director Halpern extended the life of UCUP working group by authorizing it to be a standing subcommittee of the Depository Library Council.
