Northeast

This Charter provides the framework for the work of the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee will foster discussion, collaboration, and help shape services with and for depository libraries within the NCSA.

Should a depository library in the Northeast National Collection Service Area (NCSA) decide they no longer wish to receive limited print distribution titles, this process is to be followed to determine which depository or depositories should receive the allocations. The Northeast Steering Committee will make a recommendation to the Superintendent of Documents, who will make the final decision. This process was developed by the Steering Committee and approved by the Superintendent of Documents on October 11, 2024.
