Final Shipping Lists of FY 2025

The final shipping lists issued for FY 2025 are:

Print: 2025-0100-P
Separate: 2025-0035-S

Please note that nothing was distributed for shipping list number 2025-0033-S.

Shipments for two FY 2025 shipping lists were mailed after the resumption of GPO services on November 13: 2025-0098-P and 2025-0035-S.

Libraries are reminded that they will only receive a shipping list if they profile for content found on that shipping list. To verify your library has received all relevant FDLP shipments, log into FDLP Data Manager (FDM), click on the Shelf List module, enter your FDL number, and in the Shipping list start/end dates, select “One Fiscal Year” and Start Year = 2025, click Submit. What returns is a list of all the Fiscal Year 2025 titles that your library is currently profiled for. If you see something your library did not receive and the 60-day claims window is still open, follow the Claims procedure.
