GPO is pleased to announce that the newly redesigned and enhanced Catalog of U.S. Government Publications (CGP) Help pages, and the updated CGP About page are now available.
The redesigned and enhanced CGP Help Pages feature:
- Updated and expanded content including:
- Searching SuDoc Class Numbers.
- Searching Item Numbers.
- Expanded and reorganized Expert Search CCL codes.
- More CGP Tips to support searching and managing records.
- Updated screen captures.
- Modernized look and feel.
- Multimedia tutorials with optional captions and transcripts for increased accessibility.
- PDFs of the complete content.

- History.

We welcome suggestions to further enhance CGP features, such as new topics for the CGP Help pages, tutorial content, or for new MetaLib Resources. To submit suggestions, please use askGPO and select the category "Suggestion: CGP technical enhancement/MetaLib Resource."
We are already planning a future iteration of updates, many based on recent community feedback. This future update is anticipated to be released in FY 2023.
