Print Selectors select and retain the print format of a title for a specified period of time, after which they have the option to discard. Both selectives and regionals can be Print Selectors. When GPO has secured a minimum of four geographically-dispersed Print Selectors, regionals will be authorized to deselect the print format in accordance with SOD-PPS-202X-X Superintendent of Documents Draft Public Policy Statement: Regional Depository Libraries Online Selections.
If your library is committed to selecting any of these titles in print format, please consider volunteering to be a Print Selector.
Instructions
- Download and complete the Print Selector Agreement for each title your library volunteers to select in print format and retain for the minimum retention period.
- Submit the Print Selector Agreement via an askGPO
- Category: Other depository library question or issue
- Upload signed agreement
- GPO will add the Print Selector Agreement to your library’s official file.
