The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a Supervisory Librarian to join the Library Services & Content Management (LSCM) team. The incumbent will serve as Supervisor for the Outreach and User Support team responsible for providing consultations, customer service, and customer training for products and services. The incumbent will lead the strategic planning, development, and operational direction and oversight of outreach and user support services, including a program for consultations and onsite visits to libraries and providing technical support and best practices direction for FDLP libraries. The incumbent will also develop and implement business processes and updated operating methods, establish and implement policy direction for the Outreach and User Support team, and restructure and reorient the long-range goals and objectives of GPO’s Federal Depository Support Services to more effectively provide consulting, training, and support services to the FDLP community.
