FDLP Tangible Print Publications: Condition Assessment Definitions

To ensure consistency in the use of terms that describe the condition of tangible print FDLP publications, GPO developed definitions for the following condition options: FINE, GOOD, FAIR, & POOR. These terms and definitions will be used for FDLP processes and practices, including the FDLP eXchange and regional discard.
