The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a User Support Librarian to join the Library Services & Content Management (LSCM) team. The incumbent will serve in the Federal Depository Support Services (FDSS) unit of LSCM. FDSS provides one-on-one support and operational consultation services for library staff who participate in the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP). The incumbent is a critical first contact for addressing inquiries from Federal depository libraries and responds/assists libraries within the Program or refers them to appropriate resources via telephone, email, and the online customer relationship management system.
