Seeking Feedback: GPO’s Legislative Proposals for FDLP
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is continuing its effort to update the statutory authority governing the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP). In July 2020, Director Halpern submitted proposals for legislative change to both the Senate Rules and Administration Committee and the Committee on House Administration.
Among the proposals are three new, and seven revised, sections that provide much needed flexibility and allow for more modern operations. The Superintendent of Documents is very interested in your thoughts and opinions of the proposed revisions.
You are encouraged to provide feedback on the legislative proposals through March 5, 2021.
