GPO’s Responses to DLC Recommendations

Upon the close of the spring 2023 Depository Library Council (DLC) Virtual Meeting, the DLC began developing formal recommendations for the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO). On May 17, 2023, two recommendations were presented related to persistent identifier principles and PURL reporting training. These were reviewed and discussed by GPO staff, and GPO Director Hugh Halpern disseminated formal GPO responses to DLC Chair Jen Kirk. The responses are now available via FDLP.gov.
