- Learning outcomes: This virtual workshop highlights the importance of effective promotion as a critical element towards making FDLP collections accessible. We will show examples of best practices for the User Experience (UX). Whether you have a small web presence that you would like to expand upon, or are facing a major website revision, join your FDL colleagues in discussing ways to best disseminate information about your library’s Federal Government resources and services.
- Disclaimers: This workshop will not address the provision of digital Government services (for example, having staff provide assistance with filling out Government forms). Additionally, in order to foster a collaborative environment where challenges can freely be discussed, the open-discussion portion of the workshop will not be recorded.
