Description

A group of four students specializing in user experience research and design from the University of Michigan, School of Information, collaborated with GPO to evaluate the overall usability of GovInfo. The team utilized various UX research metrics, including user interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations, along with usability testing, to conduct the assessment and draw insights. Based on their findings, they made recommendations and created possible redesign prototypes for improving the site's user experience.
