Per agency, the construction of a database of Decisions to be housed on the Department of the Interior's Office of Hearings and Appeals web site has been put on hold. A court order in the Cobell Indian Trust Fund litigation case closed off access to the Office's web site and many other Interior web sites. Currently, the Decisions are partially available electronically only through Lexis (Dept. of the Interior ALJ Decisions).
