Please review your library’s Federal Depository Library (FDL) Directory entry. Keeping information current helps patrons find and use your resources and assists GPO staff in reaching you with important information regarding your library’s participation in the FDLP. Guidance and training for updating your FDL Directory entry is available.

Your library’s FDL Directory entry also indicates your library’s National Collection Service Area (NCSA). Each depository coordinator is automatically subscribed to their corresponding NCSA communication distribution list. Your NCSA list was created to foster communication about collections and services among depository libraries in your NCSA. It is also a tool for GPO and your NCSA steering committee to communicate with you on important discussions and decisions related to the administration of your NCSA. Please ensure that your NCSA email address is added to your safe senders list:

Thank you for your help in ensuring you receive communications about the FDLP. For questions, please contact us via askGPO, and select the category, “Other depository library question or issue.”
