Dealing with Major Physical Constraints While Improving Access to a Regional’s Depository’s Collection

Overview of a multi-year project of the Texas Tech Regional to handle strict physical constraints while improving access to their collection and keeping within Title 44 requirements and minimal staffing. Some techniques include de-duping, continuous retro cataloging, and inclusion of government information in all library instruction sessions including the 1 hour LIBR1100 Introduction to Library Research, etc.
