Last year, the Collection and Discovery Services Working Group held two open forums to discuss issues affecting the FDLP community. A lot of information, ideas, and suggestions were shared regarding technical services in the 21st century, the “next generation CGP,” and possible topics for future work of the Collection and Discovery Services Working Group. In this session the group conveys what was learned from you.
