Title 44 Revision

This version of GPO’s Legislative Proposals is a discussion draft that is consistent with the Task Force on a Digital Federal Depository Library Program. The proposals were revised to align with a digital-first Federal Depository Library Program and provide flexibilities.

This 02/28/2022 version of GPO’s Legislative Proposals is a revision of the July 15, 2020 Legislative Proposals. There were a few changes that resulted from submissions received during the public request for comments.

This version of GPO’s Legislative Proposals is a discussion draft that is consistent with the Task Force on a Digital Federal Depository Library Program. It revises the February 2022 Legislative Proposals.

This version of GPO’s Legislative Proposals supersedes the March 2023 proposals. The substantive change is in Section 1912(d) regarding multistate service areas.
