GPO is working on a program to better identify the needs of depositories and provide specialized services that meet those needs. As a first step, GPO is working with a professional company that will help segment depositories into logical types and then identify critical needs by type. In this session, attendees will interface with GPO’s Cindy Etkin and Oustell, Inc.’s Leigh Watson Healy on what GPO is doing to improve services to its valued libraries and how depositories can help to achieve that goal.Cynthia Etkin GPO
